Privacy policy

Round Robin Social is a tool Round Robin Solutions uses to publish and manage social media posts for the brands it works with.

What we store: for each connected Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn or X account, its id, name, profile picture link and an access token (encrypted at rest); the posts and media we publish; comments and direct messages sent to those accounts, so the team can reply; and engagement numbers for our posts.

What we don't do: we don't sell or share this data, use it for advertising, or access accounts that were not connected on purpose.

Retention: data stays while the account is connected. Disconnecting removes its token and messages.
